Carlow Town URDF aims to revitalise and rejuvenate the town, creating a thriving urban centre that meets the needs and aspirations of the community. Urban Agency will be responsible for developing a comprehensive design plan that encompasses architectural design, landscape design, urban planning, and the integration of sustainable practices.![]()

“We are delighted to appoint Urban Agency as our design team for the Carlow Town URDF,” said Cllr. T O’Neill, Mayor of the Municipal District of Carlow. “Their expertise in urban design and their track record make them the ideal partner to help us reimagine and reinvigorate Carlow Town. An Cathaoirleach, Carlow County Council, Councillor Andrea Dalton concurred with the mayor’s statement adding “we have great confidence in their ability to create a vision for our town that reflects our unique identity, improves quality of life, and attracts visitors and investment.”![]()
